Egasail can provide delicious catering services for your company outing, family party or any other event. Breakfasts, lunches, dinners or barbecues, coffee, drinks and snacks: the choice is yours.

Drinks: coffee, tea, soft drinks, beer, wine and spirits.

Pastry: delicious pastry from Monnickendam, as served on traditional sailing ships.

Breakfast consists of fresh rolls topped with assorted sliced meats, cheese, egg and other toppings, served with coffee, tea and fruit juice.

Standard lunch consists of rolls topped with cheese, sliced meats and fish.

The fish lunch consists of a salad with smoked salmon, raspberries, avocado and nuts, and fresh rolls that can be topped with trout fillets, herring, eel or shrimp. The fish lunch is served with a white wine.

The cheese lunch has a salad with Roquefort cheese, tomato or apple, walnuts and baguette, and fresh rolls that can be topped with various cheeses. It is served with a suitable wine.

The chicken lunch consists of a salad with smoked chicken, strawberries or figs, and pine nuts, served with baguette. There are also fresh rolls and various cheeses and fish for toppings. It is served with wine.

The extensive barbecue has nine kinds of meat and five delicious sauces, served with jacket potatoes, corn on the cob and three different salads (Italian salad, potato salad and a salad with fruit, celery and cheese). Fresh baguette and homemade garlic/herb butter are also included. Fish dishes are optional.

The extensive Indonesian buffet consists of eggrolls, five meat dishes, various vegetables, rice and glass noodles.
