Teambuilding through sailing.
Your skipper/coach* has project manager experience in the petrochemical industry for 22 years. With your teambuilding experience on the "Orion", your team is able to built together and trust each other.
Small and big groups can participate. Maximum 24 people, for safety reasons, can participate per session. If applicable , more sessions can be held for the different levels or departments in your company. Sailing experience is not necessary for this teambuilding exercise.
Teambuilding sailing program:
During an intake conversation your wishes will be translated into a program.
This program is a project. We sail from A to B and will create a team to manpower the sailing activities, such as ruder, ropes, backstays, jib, kluiver, dagger boards, navigation, tacking and captains work....A lot of activities will go wrong and then the real teambuilding will commence.
An evaluation will high light all the lessons learned at the end of the day.
Organization, work together, communication, knowledge, motivation, trust and responsibility are the key elements for success on the water and in your company.
ABN-AMRO , FLUOR , SHELL, ProRail- Railsverkeersleiding (120 man), City Utrecht, Russell Investment Group, StadinZicht, Luchtverkeersleiding, Planon en British American Tobacco were successful to improve their team with team building with Orion.
Your skipper/coach*
Has been graduated in Project Management and at the High Technical School. As Senior Project Manager, with a multinational engineering office , wouter did design and built petrochemical installations of 100’s millions euro in world record time.
